Baked Meatballs
Ingredients (2–3 log)

300 g minced meat (chicken / beef / mutton)

1 egg
-
½ cup breadcrumbs (ya soaked bread)

2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper – taste ke hisaab se

2 tbsp milk (optional, soft meatballs ke liye)

1 tbsp olive oil
Method

Oven preheat karo
Oven ko 200°C pe preheat karo.

Mix karo
Bowl mein minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, seasoning, salt, pepper aur milk daal ke gently mix karo.
Over-mix mat karo.

Balls banao
Haath pe thoda oil laga ke chhote–medium size balls bana lo.

Bake karo
Meatballs ko greased baking tray pe rakh do.
Upar se halka olive oil brush karo.
15–18 min bake karo jab tak golden ho jaayein.

Serve
Direct serve karo ya tomato sauce ke saath toss kar lo.
Optional (Italian touch ✨)

Sauce ke liye:
Ready tomato sauce ko pan mein garam karo, meatballs daal ke 5 min simmer karo.

Cheese lover ho toh upar se mozzarella ya parmesan daal ke 2 min aur bake karo.
No-oven option

Pan mein thoda oil daal ke low flame pe cover karke 12–15 min cook karo, beech-beech mein turn karo.
