Spaghetti Marinara
Ingredients (2–3 log)

200–250 g spaghetti

2 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional but tasty)

1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes ya tomato puree

Salt as per taste

½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp sugar (optional, acidity balance ke liye)

1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tsp dried basil (ya fresh ho toh best)

Fresh basil / parsley for garnish

Parmesan cheese (optional)
Banane ka Tarika

Spaghetti ubaalo
Bade pot mein paani + achha sa salt daalo. Spaghetti al dente tak ubaalo. ½ cup pasta water reserve karo, phir drain.

Marinara sauce banao
Pan mein olive oil heat karo. Onion daalo (agar use kar rahe ho) aur medium heat pe soft hone tak bhuno.
Garlic aur chilli flakes add karo, 30 sec bhuno — jalna nahi chahiye.

Tomato time 🍅
Crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper aur sugar add karo. Mix karo.
Medium-low heat pe 10–15 min simmer karo jab tak sauce thick aur flavourful ho jaye.

Herbs add karo
Oregano aur basil daalo. Taste check karo — salt ya pepper adjust karo.

Pasta + sauce
Spaghetti sauce mein daalo. Thoda pasta water add karke ache se toss karo till sab coat ho jaye.

Serve karo
Upar se fresh basil/parsley aur Parmesan daalo. Garam-garam serve 😋
