Easy Tortellini Gorgonzola

250 g tortellini (cheese-filled ya spinach-cheese)

100 g Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)

½ cup fresh cream

1 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove (optional, finely chopped)

Salt – taste ke hisaab se

Black pepper – thoda sa

Thoda sa pasta water
-
Walnuts ya parsley (optional garnish)
Method

Tortellini ubalo
Namak wale paani mein tortellini ko packet instructions ke hisaab se ubalo.
½ cup pasta water side mein rakh lo, phir drain karo.

Sauce banao
Pan mein butter melt karo.
Garlic use kar rahe ho toh halka sa sauté karo (optional step).

Cream + cheese add karo
Flame low rakho.
Cream daalo, phir Gorgonzola cheese add karo.
Dheere-dheere stir karo jab tak cheese melt ho jaaye.

Consistency set karo
Thoda sa pasta water add karo taaki sauce smooth ho jaaye.

Mix & serve
Tortellini sauce mein daal ke gently toss karo.
Black pepper sprinkle karo aur serve karo.
