Rigatoni Zuccat

Ingredients (2–3 log)

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta

  • 2 medium zucchini (zuccat), patle slice ya chhote pieces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (ya butter, aur rich chahiye toh)

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)

  • ½ cup fresh cream (ya ricotta for light version)

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt & black pepper as per taste

  • Fresh basil ya parsley, chopped

  • Optional: thoda lemon zest ya pasta water

Banane ka Tarika

  1. Pasta ubaalo

    Bade pot mein salted paani mein rigatoni al dente tak ubaalo. ½ cup pasta water side mein rakh lo, phir drain.

  2. Zucchini bhuno

    Pan mein olive oil heat karo. Zucchini + pinch of salt daalo. Medium heat pe 6–8 min tak cook karo jab tak soft aur halka golden na ho jaye.

  3. Garlic magic

    Ab garlic aur chilli flakes add karo. 30 sec tak bhuno — bas khushboo aani chahiye, jalna nahi.

  4. Sauce banao

    Cream (ya ricotta) daalo, 2–3 min halka simmer. Agar sauce thick lage toh thoda pasta water add karo.

  5. Mix everything

    Rigatoni + Parmesan cheese pan mein daal ke ache se toss karo. Salt–pepper adjust karo.

  6. Final touch

    Gas band karke herbs aur lemon zest add karo. Upar se extra cheese — done 😍
