Step 1: Bread Toast karo

Oven ko 180°C par preheat karo.

Bread slices ko baking tray par rakho.

Thoda sa olive oil brush karo upar se.

8–10 minutes tak bake karo jab tak light golden aur crispy na ho jaye.
(Agar oven nahi hai toh tawa par bhi sekh sakte ho.)
Step 2: Garlic Rub karo

Garam toasted bread par ek garlic clove halka sa rub karo taaki flavour achha aaye.
Step 3: Topping Ready karo

Ek bowl me chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil, namak, kali mirch aur balsamic vinegar mix karo.

5–10 minute ke liye rest karne do taaki flavours achhe se mix ho jayein.
Step 4: Assemble karo

Serving se just pehle tomato mixture ko bread slices par spoon se daalo.

Upar se thoda extra olive oil drizzle kar sakte ho.
