Banana Waffles

📝 Ingredients (Samagri):

  • 2 pakke hue bananas (achhe se mashed)

  • 1 cup maida (ya atta for healthier option)

  • 1 tablespoon cheeni (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 pinch namak

  • 1 anda (egg)

    👉 Eggless option: 1/4 cup dahi use karo

  • 3/4 cup doodh

  • 2 tablespoon melted butter ya oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

👩‍🍳 Banane ka Tarika:

  1. Banana mash karo

    Ek bowl mein bananas ko fork se achhe se mash kar lo, bilkul smooth paste bana lo.

  2. Dry ingredients mix karo

    Dusre bowl mein maida, baking powder, baking soda, namak aur cheeni mix karo.

  3. Wet ingredients add karo

    Mashed banana mein anda, doodh, melted butter aur vanilla essence daal kar mix karo.

  4. Sab combine karo

    Ab dry ingredients ko wet mixture mein thoda-thoda karke mix karo. Zyada overmix mat karo, warna waffles hard ho sakte hain.

  5. Waffle maker heat karo

    Waffle maker ko preheat karo aur thoda sa oil/butter brush kar lo.

  6. Batter daalo aur cook karo

    1 ladle batter daal kar 3–5 minutes tak cook karo jab tak waffles golden brown na ho jayein.

  7. Serve karo garma-garam!

    Maple syrup, honey, chocolate syrup, ya fresh fruits ke saath serve karo.

😋 Extra Tips:

  • Agar crispy waffles chahiye toh thoda extra butter add kar sakte ho.

  • Chocolate chips ya chopped nuts bhi batter mein add kar sakte ho.

  • Agar batter thick lage toh thoda doodh aur add kar lo.
