🍝 Whole Grain Pasta

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole grain pasta (gehun wala pasta)

  • 4–5 cups paani (boiling ke liye)

  • 1 tsp namak

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 medium pyaaz (barik kata hua)

  • 3–4 lasun ki kaliyan (chopped)

  • 1 cup mix sabzi (shimla mirch, broccoli, gajar, corn)

  • 2 medium tamatar (puree bana lo) ya 1 cup tomato puree

  • 1 tsp kali mirch powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • Namak swad anusar

  • 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional but tasty 😋)

  • Fresh dhaniya ya basil leaves (garnish ke liye)

👩‍🍳 Banane ka Tarika:

1️⃣ Pasta Boil Karna:

  • Ek bade patile me paani ubalne rakho.

  • Usme 1 tsp namak aur thoda sa oil daalo.

  • Jab paani boil ho jaye tab pasta add karo.

  • 8–10 minute tak cook karo (packet instructions check kar lo).

  • Pasta soft but thoda firm (al dente) hona chahiye.

  • Paani nikal kar side me rakh do.

2️⃣ Sauce Ready Karna:

  • Pan me olive oil garam karo.

  • Usme lasun aur pyaaz daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno.

  • Ab mix sabzi daal kar 3–4 min sauté karo.

  • Tamatar puree add karo aur 5–7 min tak pakao jab tak oil thoda separate na ho.

3️⃣ Seasoning:

  • Namak, kali mirch, oregano, chili flakes daal do.

  • Achhi tarah mix karo aur 2 min aur pakao.

4️⃣ Final Mix:

  • Ab boiled pasta sauce me daal kar achhe se toss karo.

  • 2–3 min low flame par cook karo taaki flavors mix ho jaye.

  • Upar se cheese aur fresh herbs daal do.

🌿 Healthy Tips:

  • Zyada healthy banana ho to extra sabzi add karo.

  • Cream use karna avoid karo for low-fat version.

  • Protein ke liye grilled paneer ya boiled rajma bhi add kar sakte ho.
