Cottage Cheese Fusilli

📝 Ingredients (Samagri):

  • 2 cups fusilli pasta

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer jaisa soft wala)

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil ya butter

  • 3–4 garlic cloves (bareek chopped)

  • 1 small pyaz (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup doodh

  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (mozzarella ya processed cheese)

  • 1/2 teaspoon kali mirch powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • Namak taste ke hisaab se

  • 1/2 cup mixed veggies (shimla mirch, corn, mushroom – optional)

👩‍🍳 Banane ka Tarika:

1️⃣ Pasta boil karo

Ek bade patile mein paani garam karo, thoda namak aur 1 teaspoon oil daalo.
Fusilli daal kar packet ke instructions ke hisaab se boil karo (8–10 mins).
Cook hone ke baad paani drain karke side mein rakh do.

2️⃣ Creamy cottage cheese sauce banao

Mixer mein cottage cheese + doodh daal kar smooth paste bana lo.
Isse ek creamy white sauce ready ho jayegi.

3️⃣ Tadka aur veggies sauté karo

Pan mein olive oil/butter garam karo.
Garlic aur pyaz daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno.
Ab veggies daal kar 2–3 minute sauté karo.

4️⃣ Sauce add karo

Ab pan mein cottage cheese ka paste daal do.
Namak, kali mirch, chilli flakes aur oregano add karo.
2–3 minute halki aanch par cook karo jab tak sauce thoda thick na ho jaye.

5️⃣ Pasta mix karo

Boiled fusilli daal kar sab achhe se mix karo.
Upar se grated cheese daal kar 1–2 minute cook karo jab tak cheese melt ho jaye.

😋 Serve kaise kare:

Garam-garam serve karo, upar se thoda extra oregano ya chilli flakes sprinkle kar do.
Saath mein garlic bread ho toh mazaa hi aa jayega 😍

Extra Tips:

  • Agar zyada creamy chahiye toh thoda fresh cream add kar sakte ho.

  • Healthy version ke liye whole wheat fusilli use karo.

  • Thoda palak blend karke sauce mein add karoge toh green creamy pasta ban jayega 💚
