Parmesan Bread
π Ingredients
Dough ke liye:

3 cups maida (all-purpose flour)

1 tbsp cheeni (sugar)

1 tsp namak (salt)
-
2ΒΌ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)

1 cup garam pani (lukewarm, zyada garam nahi)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional (extra flavour ke liye):
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Thoda sa chopped fresh dhania ya parsley

1οΈβ£ Yeast Activate karo
Ek chhoti bowl mein garam pani, cheeni aur yeast daalo. 5β10 minute ke liye chhod do jab tak upar foam na aa jaye.
2οΈβ£ Dough Banayein
Ek bade bowl mein maida aur namak mix karo.
Ab yeast mixture aur olive oil add karo. Achhi tarah mix karo.
End mein Parmesan cheese (aur herbs agar use kar rahe ho) mila do.
3οΈβ£ Kneading
Dough ko 8β10 minute tak achhe se gundo jab tak smooth aur elastic na ho jaye.
(Agar mixer hai toh dough hook se 5β6 minute mein ho jayega.)
4οΈβ£ First Rise
Dough ko halka sa oil lagaye hue bowl mein rakho. Cover karke 1β1.5 ghante ke liye rakh do jab tak double size ka na ho jaye.
5οΈβ£ Shape do
Dough ko halka punch karo aur loaf ya round shape bana lo. Baking tray ya loaf tin mein rakh do.
6οΈβ£ Second Rise
Phir se cover karke 30β45 minute ke liye rakh do.
7οΈβ£ Baking
Preheated oven mein 190Β°C (375Β°F) par 25β30 minute bake karo jab tak upar se golden brown na ho jaye.
Tip: Bake karne se pehle upar thoda melted butter brush karo aur extra Parmesan sprinkle karo β crust aur bhi tasty banega. π
