Whole Grain Pasta
Ingredients (2 log ke liye)

200 g whole grain pasta (spaghetti ya penne)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves (patle slices)

1 cup tomato sauce ya crushed tomatoes

Salt & black pepper – taste ke hisaab se

½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)

½ tsp oregano ya basil
-
Grated cheese (optional)
-
Fresh coriander ya basil (optional)
Method

Pasta ubalo
Bade pot mein paani + namak daal ke pasta ko al dente tak ubalo.
½ cup pasta water side mein rakh lo, phir pasta drain karo.

Sauce banao
Pan mein olive oil garam karo.
Garlic daal ke 30 seconds bhuno jab tak aroma aaye (jalana mat).

Tomato add karo
Tomato sauce, chilli flakes, oregano, salt & pepper daal ke 5–7 min simmer karo.

Mix karo
Pasta sauce mein daalo, thoda sa pasta water add karo aur achhe se toss karo.

Finish
Taste check karo, upar se cheese aur fresh herbs daal do.
